• Asset Performance Management (APM)
• AI-driven autonomous industrial platforms

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or networks
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software

5. Data and Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of service delivery. Industrial process data and operational metrics shared with AhilyaSoft will be used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AhilyaSoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or production downtime, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Performance improvements and ROI projections are estimates based on historical data and may vary by site and operating conditions.

8. Service Level Agreements

Specific service level agreements, uptime guarantees, and support terms will be defined in individual service contracts or master service agreements executed between AhilyaSoft and the client.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
