We tackle profound engineering challenges that have a direct, measurable impact on global carbon emissions, energy stability, and industrial output.
Your code doesn't just run. It optimizes massive power plants and lowers the carbon footprint of heavy manufacturing across the globe.
We don't build simple CRUD apps. We process gigabytes of high-frequency sensor data and deploy models right to the industrial edge.
No red tape. We hire exceptional talent, give them impossible problems, and provide unprecedented autonomy to solve them.
Open Positions
Design, deploy, and tune multivariable predictive control and real-time optimization solutions across sugar, cement, and power plants. Must have 5+ years hands-on experience with commercial APC platforms.
Build, validate, and ship ML models that run inside plant control rooms, handling everything from anomaly detection to reinforcement-learning-based controllers. Strong Python and time-series modeling experience required.
Build data pipelines connecting DCS/SCADA/historians to our AI engine. Work with OPC-UA, MQTT, SQL, and industrial historians (PI, Aspen IP.21). You must have an ownership mindset and will own the data layer end-to-end.
Be the technical lead on customer deployments. Scope new projects, run pilots, and lead cross-functional teams from kickoff to production handover. Process industry background required.
Early Careers
4–6 month immersion into industrial AI research, involving reinforcement learning for closed-loop control, hybrid first-principles + ML models, and anomaly detection at scale.
Work alongside senior process engineers on live plant deployments. Learn APC tuning, fingerprint studies, and KPI benchmarking on real customer sites.
Build operator-facing dashboards and internal tooling in Next.js, TypeScript, and Python. Ship features that run inside real control rooms.
We're always looking for exceptional engineers, AI researchers, and industrial veterans who share our vision. Reach out directly and let us know how you can help.
